There are many different types of roles in GNER. These job specifications are for some of the more common roles, that are applicable to locations across the route network. We employ approximately 200 staff in Dover, the majority of whom work in front line roles dealing with our freight and tourism passengers at the Port or within our modern Call Centre at Whitfield. We also employ staff in support roles within Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing. Our staff are the key to our success and help us to provide a high level of service to our customers.
